Plans & Credits
Quarterback offers prepaid plans with included compute hours. Dollar credits provide flexibility for months when you need more.
Plans
Each plan includes a monthly allocation of compute hours and access to all platform features. Plans are billed monthly (Growth also offers annual billing).
To view available plans or change your current plan, go to Org Settings > Billing > Plan.
All plans include:
- Unlimited team members
- All LLM models (subject to org-level model restrictions)
- Full cognizance (memory) system
- All tool capabilities
Plans differ only in the number of included compute hours per month.
Dollar Credits
Credits are a separate balance that covers usage beyond your included hours. Credits are:
- Persistent — they don’t expire or reset each month
- Purchased on-demand — buy credits when you need them
- Used automatically — when included hours run out, credits kick in
How Overage Works
When your org uses all included hours for the month:
- Each additional second of compute time is converted to a dollar amount
- That amount is deducted from your credit balance
- If credits reach zero, LLM requests are blocked until the next cycle
Auto Top-Up
To avoid interruptions, you can enable auto top-up in Org Settings > Billing. When your credit balance drops below a threshold, it automatically purchases more credits using your card on file.
Trial
New organizations start with a trial that includes a limited number of compute hours. No payment method is required for the trial. When the trial ends, you’ll need to select a plan to continue using Quarterback.
Managing Billing
All billing management is done in Org Settings > Billing:
- View current plan and usage
- Purchase credits
- Configure auto top-up
- Update payment method
- View billing history
